Who can be a buyer?
Any natural or legal person.
Are the products retail or wholesale?
Sellers have no restrictions, they can sell both retail and wholesale, all information is indicated in the product card.
What payment methods are available for the product?
For individuals - cards of any banks of any countries (Visa, Mastercard, MIR, JCB), electronic money, money transfers. For legal entities - bank payment.
How long does it take to deliver the goods?
Depending on the place of dispatch of the goods and the place of its receipt. We offer various delivery methods and constantly improve logistics in partnership with transport companies, delivery services, couriers, agents. You can order delivery "to the door" or to the point of issue in your city. You can see information about the methods and terms of delivery in the product card, as well as in the order form.
What happens if I do not receive the goods or receive a defective product?
If you do not receive the goods within the agreed time, we will refund your money in full. If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match the description, open a dispute and arrange a refund or compensation with the seller. If you do not reach an agreement, we will intervene in your dispute to resolve it fairly.

Who can become a seller?
Any person, from any country, who does not violate the applicable laws and rules of Alibaba.
How do I pay for my product?
If payment is made through the Alibaba payment service, payment is made by agreement: either within 5 banking days after the buyer receives the goods for each product, or within 5 banking days from the beginning of the calendar month for the previous one. The second case is more beneficial for the seller, since the commission of payment systems is smaller for a larger payment amount.
What are the payment methods for my product?
In your personal account, you indicate your payment details to which payments will be made. It can be a current account or a card of any bank, electronic money.
What is the payment currency?
The payment currency is the one that the buyer pays you. If you want to receive a different currency, you can choose any of the available ones and we will make a payment with conversion at the rate on the day of payment.
What taxes, fees do I have to pay?
We are not tax agents and you calculate and pay all taxes in the jurisdiction of your country yourself. Fees and commissions for using Alibaba services are subject to applicable rates.
What shipping methods are available?
You can use your own shipping methods or any of the available ones offered by us. We are constantly working to improve logistics, which allows us to improve the quality and speed of delivery of goods to the buyer.
Can I sell both wholesale and retail?
You can sell both wholesale and retail, you can do dropshipping without restrictions.
An image appeared in the product card that I did not add, it does not match my product, why is that?
According to the rules of our marketplace, all products in the description must have at least one image. You probably either did not add an image or added an image of a format that was not recognized by our system.
